Board of Directors

The NaCOPRW - NYC Chapter's Board of Directors constitutes the policy making body of the organization, and is composed of elected officers and delegates. In addition, a five member Executive Committee composed of the President, First and Second Vice Presidents, the Treasurer and the Secretary, meets several times a year to act on Chapter policy between Board and General Membership meetings. The Executive Committee also oversees and evaluates the activities and the accomplishments of the Chapter, and provides direction to the organization.
